1. Provide customer services and problem solutions for key clients;

2. Identify the problems in daily operations flow and carry out the preventive measures for operational excellence.

3. Monitor branch operational performance and data quality management.

4. Prepare/Issue/Maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and reinforce origins compliance

5. Identify opportunities to add value, cost saving and improve services for our customers

6. Perform specific accounts/ tasks as assigned by general manager

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent forwarding knowledge and communication skills. You have sound project management skill and problem solving skills. You demonstrate strong leadership qualities to influence and to drive to exceed the targets. Having an eye for details and ensuring an excellent customer experience is paramount to your success. It will be a plus if you have experience on European clients in logistics industry.
