Key account manager B2B (Moscow office)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Seek for new partners and motivate them for future cooperation with the company;
2. Active sales of company projects;
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business partners, enhance quality of customer service;
4. Update database of foreign properties and other related information for partners;
5. Follow the changes in the immigration policy, projects;
6. Presentations to partners and clients as well as attendance of exhibitions and international expos;
7. Market research and analysis of competition on local market, create marketing strategy and communicate with Management;
8. Prepare reports on account status;
9. Other duties assigned by the Management and department director.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in B2B segment;
3. Fluent English and preferably additional language (Chinese would be an advantage);
4. Ability to be a key member of the team and influence on further development of the company;
5. Extensive sales experience and management skills, ability to persuade partners into cooperation; minimum of 2 years of working experience (sales or legal experience is preferred);
6. Excellent interpersonal skills; well organized and result oriented;
7. Experience in engaging partners and communication with decision-makers;
8. Experience of client portfolio maintenance.
