How will you make an impact? (Objetive)
Responsible to manage Key, Reference and direct accounts in Mexico, with a generalist approach, growing the business and achieving Sales Targets. Work together with District Manager and Regional Leader to develop account and territory planning to sell products and workflows of BID, GSD and CSD Divisions. Study and have a good technical understanding of the products to promote technical and consultative sales. Monitor and analyze sales results, develop new customers, promote and introduce new products through daily customer visits. Build an accurate forecast and be accountable for the numbers. Meet territory targets. Participate in Congresses, Seminars and Workshops. Understand and build strategical plans to beat competition in the territory. Complaint with ThermoFisher rules.

What will you do? (Responsabilities)

  • Identify, visit and follow up all of the potential customers. Main objective is to overachieve AOP.
  • Develop opportunities for BID products
  • Learn and adopt a standardized process for: 1. Funnel management – deep understanding, assignation of opportunities, dispute resolution and 2. Forecasting for all leads in the territory – drive AOP achievement, raise/escalate issues and ask for help.
  • Detect and document plans regarding customer's investment opportunities such as: quote, offer, marketing and sales tools support, organize technical presentations or demonstrations of our products. Responsible for providing proper support to pre and post sales activities.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for customers in the region regarding: support, information and any other related requests
  • Drive and ensure full ethics and compliance as well as regulatory practices according to company standards.
  • Develop new customer, introduce new products and workflows in existing customers
  • Attend technical trainings
  • Build funnel pipeline and join forecast calls – analyze sales results and market trends
  • Develop territory and account planning
  • Promote ThermoFisher brands

Minimum requirements:

  • Biological graduation (Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical, etc), preferably with Master and/or PhD in the same area
  • English Fluence (writing and speaking)
  • 30 -50% travel availability
  • 2-3 years commercial experience
