Qualifications
-English Native Speakers (Currently in China)
-Bachelor degree or above
-Age under 45
-Patient and love teaching kids
-Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position

Job Description
-Student age: 3 ~ 14
-Class size: up to 12 students
-Working hours: 40 working hours per week including 24 teaching hours, 40mins per class, Monday to Friday 1:30pm - 8:00pm, Saturday to Sunday 8:30am - 6:30 pm, including noon break, 2 days off per week (during week days)
-Developing strong relationships with parents, creating investment in school culture and academics
-Implementing curricula and activities to meet academic standards
-Student activities&parents meetings
-Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving

Compensation
-Basic Salary: 18,000~21,000 RMB/month; 12 months/year

-Annual performance bonus: 7,000RMB/year depending on monthly performance
