Leading Kids Club team to create a professional and safe environment in which to deliver a Kids Club programme. Developing and coordinating the delivery of children’s club activities in all-weather condition according to agreed company standards, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.

Create a safe environment for both heartists and children to operate in.

Oversee the maintenance, repair and security of equipment’s.

Organise a working rota taking into consideration qualifications and company set ratios.

Lead a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide supervision and assistance to all children each day.

Train, motivate and appraise the children’s club team to ensure the highest levels of service, and coordinate and deliver a training programme assuming responsibility for the development of the kids club team.

Develop positive working relationships with all departments.

Help organize and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all

times.

Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.
