Kids training center in Guizhou,Guiyang needs teachers from April.
1. Job title: English Teacher;

2. Provide English course to students of all ages (2 to 6 years old mainly) ;

3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;

4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;

5. Handle class size 1:4-12

6. 5 working days per week, available on weekend;

7. Working hours per week: 35 (30 teaching units--around 20 hours )

8. Location: Guiyang City (The Capital city of Guizhou Province ）



Benefits Package

1. Monthly salary: at least 16,000-18,000 RMB per month + housing allowance 2,000RMB (Pre-tax)

2. Bonus system

a. Contract completion bonus: from 3,000RMB --15,000 RMB (depending on the working performance)+ 6,000RMB Flight Allowance

b. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, efficiency, and new teacher/new student referral;

c. Overtime pay: 150 RMB per hour for extra teaching ACH (unit)
