Job Description:
1. Participate in building up and consistently improve Training system for kids teachers and design implementation solutions.
2. Participate in designing Training courses: develop and classify outlines and contents of training courses.
3. Manage the training team to deliver the trainings and model classroom teaching
4. Responsible for teaching quality supervision and highly effective implementations.
5. Others related to teaching, R&D of teaching products, teacher training and teaching administration

Requirements:
1. Degree and major: bachelor’s degree or above, major in English, pedagogy, educational psychology or similar, overseas education experience preferred.
2. At least 8 years’ experience in office-based kids English teaching.
3. Have experience of organizing and delivering kids trainings and training course design.
4. Have English teaching certificates as TKT (at least 3 modules), TEFL, TESOL, CELTYL, CELTA and CELT-P.
