I.   Qualifications:
a)     Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
b)     Major in early childhood education or other related field preferred
c)     kids teaching, baby-sitting or nursery experience strongly preferred
d)     TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus.
e)     Age between 24-40
f)     Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.

II.    Job Descriptions
a)     Student age: 3~14
b)     Class size: 12 students
c)    Kids activities, class teaching, marketing activities and open classes
d)     Accomplish assignments allocated by teaching manager
e)      Attending trainings, meetings and company activities
f)     Student activities
g)     Parents meetings
h)      Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving
i)       Maintain good relationship with class member and their parents

III.  Compensation
a)  Basic Salary: 18,000~28,000 RMB/month, 12 months/year
b)  Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB/month or Free accomodation
c)  Relocation allowance: up to 3,000 RMB
d)  Contract renewal bonus: 5,000 RMB
e)  Medical and Accident Insurance provided
f)   11 days public holiday/year, 2 days off/ week, 10 days paid vacation
