Shenzhen City Kindergarten Teacher Wanted 2025 August 26th

Position: Homeroom Teacher
Class Size: 15-22 Kids Max
Student Age: 3-4 Years old
Salary Offer: 20,000-26,000( Included Housing Allowance)

Working Hours:
08:00-12:00
14:00-17:30
8 Hours a day, 5 Working days a week
No more than 40 working hours per week. (Teach 2-3 lesson per day)

Qualifications:
1. Native English Speaker .
2. Bachelor‘s degree or above（Major in Education/Early Childhood/Psychology is preferred, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred.）
3. At least two-years teaching experience with young kids
4. Prefer be able to teach Phonics/Picture Book Reading/Arts/Music/PE.
5. Enjoy staying with kids, energetic, patient, responsible.
6. Eligible for work visa.


Responsibilities:
1.Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum and the needs of students by providing relevant teaching methods.
2. Manage classroom procedures and student behavior.
3. Create an environment of respect and collaboration.
4. Document students’ learning review and assess students to improve mentally and in academic area.
5. Participate in school-wide teaching activities.
6. Support for and communication with parents.
