Position: Kindergarten ESL Teacher (Montessori Environment)

A Montessori kindergarten in Chaoyang District, Beijing, currently seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten ESL Teacher to join their team.

【Job Details】
- Student Age: 3–5 years old
- Class Size: Up to 24 children per class
- Working Hours: Includes a 1-hour lunch break; preparation time depends on class schedule

【Salary & Benefits】
- Salary: Up to RMB 28,000 per month (after tax). Teachers with Montessori teaching experience or AMS / AMI certification may receive an additional RMB 1,000–2,000.
- Flight Allowance: Currently not provided；Insurance: Not currently provided, but under development
- Paid Holidays: Approximately 3 weeks of paid summer holiday and 3 weeks of paid winter holiday
- Other Benefits: Free tuition for the teacher’s first child enrolled in the school; free lunch provided on working days

【Requirements】
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, English, or related majors preferred)
- At least 2 years of kindergarten / early childhood teaching experience
- Montessori teaching experience or AMS / AMI certification is highly preferred
