Position Title: ESL & Homeroom teacher

General Summary:
To provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences and prepare lessons, instructional and enriching materials according to the needs of the students. To provide an educational atmosphere where students be able to study and have the opportunity to fulfill their potential.

Education，Experience and Abilities:
1. Undergraduate degree or higher
2. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or 2+ years’ English teaching experience
3. Non-criminal record
4. Native speaker
5. Excellent teaching, presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Starting date:
ASAP.
Teaching hours:
Workload: 20 teaching periods a week (40 minutes each period)
Office Hours: 8:00-11:50 am , 1:40-5:10pm(Mon. – Fri.)
Schedule differs in winter and summer
Class sizes:
25 – 30 students per class.

Salary and Benefits：
- Monthly salary: 20K- 2 5 K RMB before tax;
- Renewal Bonus: 7 0 % o f one Month salary if renew the contract
- Overtime allowance: 150rmb/class;
- Festival: the same as the Chinese staffs, plus one day off for Christmas Day;
- 450 RMB per month for the meal allowance
- 300 RMB free for the monthly expense of water and electricity in school apartment
- Paid holiday: winter holiday and other national holidays;
- Housing allowance / Free apartment: Free apartment on campus.

- Flight allowance: 6000-10000RMB after one year contract;
- Semester teaching bonus depends on the evaluation result, ranging from 2000RMB to 6000 RMB (4000 RMB to 12000 RMB yearly)
