The ESL teacher will be responsible for planning daily English lessons and activities and encouraging students to learn.
- Conducting activities and lessons based on teaching plan
- Encouraging and engaging students to speak in English
- Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak and listen in the appropriate content area
- Design a complete teaching plan
- Follow the teaching plan
- Use and organize learning material and resources
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies
- Evaluate children’s performance and progress
- Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations
- Follow school guidelines and regulations
- Mainly responsible for an international class & some daily English lessons to other normal class
