International Kindergarten ESL Job Description:
1. Location: Jining city, Shandong Province, China.
2. Contract Term: One academic year, starts August,2024.
3. Students Age: 3-6 years old.
4. Class Size: 25-35 students per class.
5. Work Days: Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekend.
6. Work Hours: 40 working hours including 22 teaching hours per week.
Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Salary: RMB19,000 monthly.
2. Accommodation: free well-decorated, full-furnished apartment provided by school.
3. Meals: free meals on working days.
4. Vacation: full paid one month winter vacation.
5. Holidays: full paid 11 days public holidays.
6. Airfare Allowance: RMB10,000 allowance upon contract fulfillment.
7. Insurance: accident Insurance.
8. Free to use GYM, Swimming Pool, coffee lounge and other facilities inside school.
9. Renewal Bonus: RMB10,000 when renew the contract for next school year.
10. Perform Bonus: RMB4,000-10,000 per year.
