Job description
1. Teach 2 to 6 year old students according to the daily class schedule.
2. 8 office hours per day, from Monday to Friday.
3. Make lesson plans, and Participate in daily activities.

Job requirements
1. Personal Skills and Abilities
Ability to be a team player, able to establish effective working relationships with staff, students and parents; Skills in working with a range of students of different backgrounds; Skills in inquiry-based learning; Love to teach children.
2. Knowledge
Good understanding of contemporary teaching and learning theories and practice in language acquisition; Good understanding of collaborative planning; good understanding of differentiation.

Qualification
1. Native English speakers, female preferred.
2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
3. Teaching certificate or TESOL/TEFL holders.
4. At least 2 years preschool teaching experience.

Remuneration package
1. Competitive salary for teachers: 2 1 ,000RMB to 26,000RMB/Month before tax.
2. House allowance: 4000RMB after tax.
3.Flight bonus: 6000RMB upon the fulfillment of the contract.
4. Government holidays: full payment. Half payment: summer holidays & winter holidays.
