•Base Salary: USD 2472-4012 (RMB 16,000 - 26,000) after tax
•Monthly bonus: USD 309 (RMB 2,000) after tax—calculated by teacher's performance data.

Requirements to Teach English:
•Nationality: Native English Speaker.
•Age: less than 50 years old.
•Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
•Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
•Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.
Responsibilities for Teachers:
•Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
•Curriculum: Multimedia based -.
•Chinese Teaching Assistant: Have three Chinese teachers.
