ESL TEACHER MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Design and follow complete teaching plan ➢ Organize learning material and resources

➢ Use a variety of activities and different teaching methods (songs, stories, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities

➢ Maintain an open line of communication with lead teacher to reach academic goals

➢ Create positive and appropriate classroom environment

➢ Provide constructive feedback to lead teacher and administration

➢ Cooperate with administration staff

➢ Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
