1.Working Hours: 40 working hours per week from Monday to Friday
2.Student Level: 2 to 6 years old
3.Class Size: 20-25 student in one class

Job Descriptions

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2.Organize learning material and resources;
3.Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
6.Planning, evaluating, and delivering lessons;
7.Introduce children to the disciplines of mathematics, language, science, and social studies;
8.Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills;
9.Cooperate with colleagues to plan and implement school activities both indoors and outdoors;
10.Be responsible for children’s daily learning and living at kindergarten and ensure their safety;
11.Write quarterly progress reports to record children’s development and communicate with parents on a regular basis.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above required (education related major preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.Related teaching experience preferred;
5.Dual nationality Chinese or foreign with green card preferred.

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary: 16,000-26,000RMB (after tax) based on experience and qualification;
2.House Allowance 2,000RMB (after tax) per Month;
3.2,000 RMB (after tax) bonus based on teacher’s performance data;
4.Airfare reimbursement: 8000RMB (USD 1100) after full filled contract;
5.Medical insurance provided;
