2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Learn and administer the appropriate curriculum for children in your care for both classroom and outdoor activities, in accordance with age appropriate objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.
b) Maintain daily communication with families of children in your care.
c) Maintain all appropriate daily records. Report any suspected child abuse to owner or administrator. Document incidents and accidents appropriately for the administrator’s approval.
d) Assess and record progress in all areas of growth for children in your care. This includes physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth.
e) Arrange classroom environment in accordance to program goals.
f) Take all required curriculum, safety and childcare trainings.
g) Support campus event and cooperate with team members to deliver the task effectively.
h) Cooperate with management team for campus recruitment activities and other school marketing activities if needed.

3.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or above
Love children and early education; have good moral accomplishment
From the native countries
Education or relevant majors are preferable
Holding TEFL/TESOL certificate
Holding all the documents required for the Z visa application

4.SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Basic salary（Please mark before or after tax）：
20-28k before tax+ accommodation allowance

Others（air ticket、insurance...）：
(1) Flight: At the end of each contractual year, foreign teacher will be able to receive a Flight Bonus after completing each year of employment, which will always amount to 6000RMB.
(2) Insurance：School provides Mainland Chin a health insurance with option to add spouse on at teacher’s own expense.
(3) Free breakfast and lunch: School provides free breakfast and lunch during five weekdays.
(4) Paid Holidayabout 2-3 weeks winter，4-6 weeks summer holiday
