Kindergarten English teacher-Dongguan GD

***Basic Qualifications
1. Native English speaker from a native English-speaking country.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or a related field. A 120-hour TEFL certificate is required. At least 1 year of formal English teaching experience is preferred; candidates without teaching experience may also be considered.
3. Experience teaching English in a kindergarten setting, with skills in phonics, children’s songs, and interactive classroom games, and the ability to teach children aged 3–6.
4. Outgoing, patient, and fond of working with young children. Willing to follow the kindergarten’s daily management procedures and work arrangements.
5. Female teacher is preferred.

***Job Responsibilities
1. Work with the Academic Director to conduct daily immersive English teaching in the classroom, including morning English greetings, English classroom interactions, and outdoor English games. Teachers will rotate between classes as required.
2. Conduct lunchtime classroom rounds: guide children in using simple English expressions during mealtimes, assist with pre- and post-meal routines, and help maintain order during nap time.
3. Prepare English lesson plans as required, participate in the kindergarten’s English teaching and research activities, and assist with English-themed classroom environment decoration.
4. Participate in kindergarten events, including holiday celebrations, parent-child activities, parent open days, and admissions promotional events, including English hosting and performances.
5. Communicate regularly with Chinese teachers regarding children’s English learning progress and assist with communication with parents.

*** Working Hours
1. Full-time, on-site position, with 7–8 hours per day. Regular classroom teaching is from Monday to Friday.
2. Teachers are required to support various kindergarten activities, parent-child events, holiday performances, and other activities on Saturdays.
3. Teachers are required to work for 4 hours on Saturday mornings, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The 4 hours worked on Saturday will be compensated with an equal amount of time off during the regular workweek and will not be counted as overtime.
4. The contract period is 1 year. Teachers are required to work as usual during the winter and summer vacations, and salary will be calculated based on actual attendance.

*** Salary & Benefits
1. Salary: **RMB 18,000–23,000 per month before tax**, plus a **RMB 1,500 monthly housing allowance**.
2. The kindergarten provides staff meals. Employees can have meals in the kindergarten cafeteria during working hours.
