Salary and Benefits
•Monthly salary of 24,000 to 26,000 RMB inclusive of housing allowance

Requirements
•Native English Speaker
•Bachelor degree or higher (Early Childhood Education preferred) .
•Enjoy working with young children
•Minimum one year of successful IB teaching experience preferred

Job Responsibilities
•Lead English lessons for 2 to 6-year-old children during scheduled times, provide an immersive English-speaking environment, and guarantee the quality of instruction.
•Ensure English curricula and lesson plans are implemented properly in the classroom and provide feedback to the R&D Department in order to improve it.
•Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activities.
•Maintain good relationships with parents, communicate with parents and assistant teachers and keep them well-informed about children’s performance and progress, provide a first-class service for the parents and children.
•Assist and participate in relevant on-site training provided by the school; be willing to accept new teaching modes and educational philosophies.
