3. Experience with planning, assessment and reporting to parents
4. Openness and willingness to embrace cultural differences and work collaboratively in a Chinese bilingual setting
5. Share equal responsibility with your Chinese teacher for daily teaching, classroom management, lesson planning and parent communication
6. Familiarity with various teaching resources and integrating curriculum areas to engage little learners
7. Attend school events, parent meetings and professional development as scheduled

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Native English Speaker
• A TEFL& CELTA & TESOL Certification (AMI & AMS are preferred)
• The ability to obtain a clear background check
• The ability to work at least one year
