Compensation package:
1)Flight bonus for applicants outside China.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or above; Early Childhood Education or management majors is preferred;
2.AT LEAST 3 years' senior management working experience in international kindergartens or educational institutes. Holding an international and forward-looking vision in educational industry;
3.Possess of a Teaching certification/license preferred;
4.Native-level English speaker from major English Speaking Countries;
5.No criminal record or any harmful habits.

Job Description

1、Manage the day-to-day operations at the school, manage professional development of the teaching staff and ensure school objectives are met.；
2、Supervising the implementation of security, managing and designating teaching assignments. Co-coordinating and communicating with Government Departments and other administrative organizations.
3、Responsible for teachers' team building and campus culture building.
4、To play a significant role in marketing and recruiting new students.
5、Communicating with students' parents and maintaining family atmosphere in kindergarten.
