Qualifications
Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland
Bachelor's degree
TEFL/TESOL certification
Eligible for a Chinese Z work visa
Genuine passion for working with children

Job Details
Age Group: 3–6 years old
Class Size: Around 15 students
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Includes a 2.5-hour lunch break (12:00–14:30)
Teaching Load: Up to 20 classes per week
Holidays: 2 weeks winter + 2 weeks summer holiday, plus ~11 public holidays/year
Responsibilities include:
Lesson planning and class preparation
Supporting curriculum development and classroom innovation
Providing teaching support and training to other foreign teachers
Engaging with parents and maintaining positive class culture

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 18,000–22,000 RMB (before tax, housing allowance included)
Flight & Arrival Support: Up to 5,000 RMB reimbursement for flight and hotel
