Job Descriptions

Implement the kindergarten’s daily schedule and the position’s detailed rules and regulations;
Follow the laws of children’s physical and mental development to achieve the perfect combination of childcare and teaching;
Complete different teaching materials on time and prepare for classes in advance according to the kindergarten’s curriculum to ensure the effective implementation of the lesson plan;
Be able to organize and use various methods and means to carry out teaching activities independently;
Have an open mind to professional growth, take the initiative to undertake tasks to support the school;
Teach about environmental protection according to the kindergarten’s requirements;
Maintain daily communication with parents;
Participate in all the kindergarten’s activities;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above required;
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
At least two years of previous teaching experience in related fields required;

Salary and Benefits

Salary range 26,000 to 33,000 RMB per month before tax based on experience and qualifications;
