Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above;
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Two years of previous teaching experience with young learners preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 23,000 to 30,000 RMB after tax based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance included in the salary package;
3.Meals provided during workdays;
4.Holidays:
- Paid 7 weeks holidays including: Chinese statutory holidays, Christmas holiday, two weeks winter vacation, full attendance holidays for 1 week
