Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2.Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields preferred).
2. Native English speaker or equivalent fluency.
3. Teaching qualification/certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).
4. At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 20,000 to 28,000 RMB before tax per month, salary negotiable with relevant experience qualifications and related educational background;
2.Housing allowance 3,000 RMB included in the salary package;
