Basic Info

1.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day;
2.Teaching Hours: 35 hours per week;
3.Student Level: 3-6 years old

Job Responsibilities

1.Teach kindergarten class, plan lesson activities and prepare materials based on the provided curriculum.
2.Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests.
3.Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and policies and procedures to maintain order among students.
4.Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
5.Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling.
6.Participate in a culture of professional learning

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above (education or early childhood related major preferred);
2.120 hours TESOL/TEFL/CELTA minimum (CELTA/DELTA/PGCE/QTS preferred)
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.Early childhood or PYP curriculum related experience preferred;
5.22-55 years of age;
6.Two years’ teaching experience

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range 20,000 to 25,000 RMB per month with housing allowance included;
