Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm, 8 hours per day, 2 days off;
2.Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;
3.Class Size: 20 students per class;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification or at least two years of previous teaching experience in related field;

1.Salary range from 26,000 to 29,000 RMB after tax based on experience and qualifications;
