1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (includes 1 hour lunch break);
2. Student Age: 2 to 6 years old;
3. Curriculum: Blended IB and Montessori;
4. Location: Changping Road Line 7, Jingan district, Shanghai;

Job Description

1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2. Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3. Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4. Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5. Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6. Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above required (education related majors preferred);
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. At least 2 years of previous teaching experience in kindergartens required;
5. IB, Montessori experience preferred;
6. PGCE/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching certificates desired;

Salary and Benefits
1. Salary from 25,000 to 28,000 RMB per month after tax based on experience and qualifications;
