Basic Info
1.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm;
2.Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;
3.Class Size: 15-20 students per class;

Job Description

1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2. Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3. Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4. Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5. Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6. Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1.Native English Speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above required;
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Two years of previous teaching experience with young learners preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1.Salary range 24,000 to 35,000 RMB per month before tax based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance 4-5K.
3.Work visa provided;

5.Lunch provided during workdays;
6.Flight reimbursement 20,000 RMB per year upon completion of the contract;
7.Holiday:
- All Chinese national holidays
- Full paid 6-8 weeks summer break
- Full paid 3-4 weeks winter break
