Job Description: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher/ Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province
Start date: ASAP


Key Job Terms & Benefits
• Salary (excluding benefits): RMB 20,000 - 28,000 per month (pre-tax)
• Working Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 16:30)
• Teaching Grades & Curriculum: Pre to KG
• Accommodation Allowance: RMB 4,000 - 5,000 per month
• Free Working Lunch

• Visa-related: Work Permit, Residence Permit, and notarization/authentication
fees are reimbursable with valid receipts/invoices

• Reports To Head of Department (HOD), Principal(s)
• Teachers who have completed a 2-year or 3-year contract with satisfactory
performance appraisal and are signing a new contract are eligible for a one-time
continuity allowance.


Qualifications & Requirements
• Age: 25 - 45 years old; Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Education, Psychology,
TESOL/TEFL related background is preferred.
• Love children, patient, responsible, and good at classroom interaction.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Must be legally eligible to work in China (or able to apply for a work visa).
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct daily English classes for children aged 3–6.
• Plan and prepare interesting, age-appropriate English lessons and activities.
• Organize English corner, storytelling, songs, games, and other interactive
activities.
• Cooperate with Chinese teachers to complete daily teaching and class
management.
• Participate in kindergarten events, open classes, and parent activities.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and warm classroom environment
