About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant K12 bilingual school in Shenzhen. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, well-resourced environment and play a key role in shaping the foundational years of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the homeroom teacher, responsible for the holistic development and well-being of students
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the school’s bilingual curriculum
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and teaching assistants to support student learning
• Build strong relationships with parents and maintain regular communication regarding student progress
• Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and curriculum planning

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of formal teaching experience (kindergarten level preferred)
• Priority given to candidates with K2 / Senior Kindergarten teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• Teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, state teaching license, or equivalent)
• Experience in bilingual or international school settings is a plus
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to student-centered learning
