Kindergarten homeroom teachers are needed at Beijing//Start any time.

About the job:
• Teach lessons according to school standards.
• Follow class routine and daily schedule.
• Develop lesson plans under supervision from Academic Director.
• Create an English immersion environment for children.
• Supervise, evaluate and provide support to co-teachers whenever necessary.
• Contribute to decoration.
• Develop and maintain students' portfolios.
• Design corner activities, make purchase lists.
• Build up good cooperation among team members.
• Take responsibility for maintaining class assets.
• Oversee safety in the class, pick-up and delivery, outdoor time, field trips and daily life
routines.
• Call class meetings periodically.
• Build a relationship with parents and provide parents with feedback about children.
• Report emergencies, accident to the school in time.
• Organize parent meetings as needed.
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:20am-5:00pm
Lunch Hour 11:30am-12:30pm
(Preparation/training/meeting 12:30pm-2:30pm)

Requirements:
• Minimum of a BA degree preferably in Education
• 120 Hours TESOL/TEFL or CELTA certification
• 2 years work experience after graduation
• Native English speakers
• Ability to clear a background check
• Flexible, fun, friendly, creative and able to work as a team
