Homeroom teachers who meet the following requirements:
▪ Native speakers.
▪ Bachelor Degree or above.
▪ Two years experience in early years’ education.
▪ Qualification or certification for a kindergarten teacher or other skills are preferable.
▪ Love kids, energetic, patient , optimistic and healthy.
【 Arrival time: August.】
Payment ▪ 18000 CNY~ 20000 CNY per month, net after Chinese tax. ( Personal and team appraisal will be
carried out every month. ) ▪ Wire transfer will be done in Chinese Yuan (Renminbi) into ICBC (INDUSTRIAL AND
COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA) account under your name. Probation Period
▪ 3 months. (During the probation period, the salary will be paid according to the normal proportion.)
Hours of work
▪ 8 AM ~ 5 PM. ( Eat lunch with the kids. One hour break during nap time) ▪ Monday to Friday. Holiday
▪ 10 days’ paid annual leave and 5 days’ paid sick leave per year (excluding Chinese National
Holidays). ▪ Fully paid Summer holiday between two weeks to one month. ▪ Fully paid Winter holiday around two weeks.
Other benefits
▪ 3000 CNY (after tax) housing allowance per month. (It will be appreciated if you can offer
equivalent renting invoice to us.) ▪ Free lunch will be provided in the Kindergarten on working days. ▪ Commercial insurance. ▪ Renewal bonus : At our discretion and subject to monthly performance appraisal if the renewal
contract is to be carried out. ▪ Annual bonus depends on the financial situation, no fixed or minimum amount can be guaranteed.
