Job Overview: We are seeking passionate and nurturing early childhood educators for our partner kindergartens. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating immersive, play-based learning environments that foster the holistic development of children aged 2-6, following EYFS, Montessori, or other internationally recognized frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
➢ Design and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum that promotes language, cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
➢ Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that respects and values each child's individuality.
➢ Conduct ongoing observations and assessments to track student progress and plan for individualized learning.
➢ Maintain positive, proactive, and regular communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
➢ Work collaboratively with bilingual teaching assistants and other specialist teachers.

Requirements:
Native English speaker with a passport from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Ireland, Jamaica, or South Africa.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification and/or a valid teaching credential.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten or Early Years setting.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.
