Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, energetic, and passionate Native English-speaking Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join an early years education team in Hangzhou. The ideal candidate should genuinely love working with young children and create a positive, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher and support children’s daily learning and development
Plan and deliver engaging early years lessons through play-based and inquiry-based activities
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
Support children’s language, social, emotional, and cognitive development
Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with co-teachers
Participate in school activities, events, and professional development

Requirements
Native English speaker
Must have either:
Previous experience obtaining a Kindergarten Teacher Work Visa in China, or
At least 2 years of full-time kindergarten teaching experience with recommendation letters
Teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / equivalent) preferred
Experience in early childhood education preferred
Cheerful, positive, and energetic personality
Passionate about working with young children and creating a joyful learning environment
