Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ¥24,000 - ¥28,000 per month (After-Tax)

Housing Allowance: ¥4,000 - ¥6,000 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Create a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere where each child feels valued and supported.

Monitor and document children’s progress, and communicate regularly with parents.

Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
