Supervises and manages daily routine for children, 18 maximum.

. REQUIREMENTS
• English native speaker
• Bachelor's or above;
• Prior more than one year experience working with 2-6 aged children
• Major of Early Childhood education preferred
• Meeting Chinese work visa application requirements
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to interact with students of all ages and skill levels

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
1.Basic salary: 22-28K per month
2.Allowance system
a. Housing allowance:5000RMB per month;
b. Flight allowance: 7000 RMB, paid after complete the contract;
