Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: ¥20,000 – ¥25,000 (pre-tax; negotiable based on qualifications. Exceptional profiles may command higher offers.)
• Annual Bonus: Equivalent to 70% of one month’s salary upon contract renewal
• Flight Allowance: ¥6,000 – ¥10,000 (reimbursed after one full year)
• Accommodation:
– Fully furnished on-campus apartment including Wi-Fi and utilities
– Alternatively, a ¥2,400/month housing stipend for off-campus living
• Meal Subsidy: ¥450/month
• Paid Leave:
– Approximately one month of winter vacation
– All Chinese statutory holidays, plus Christmas observance
• Immigration & Insurance Support:
– School-sponsored work permit and residence permit processing
– Social insurance in compliance with local regulations

Teaching Schedule & Setup
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Teaching Load: 10 periods weekly (each 20–30 minutes)
• Class Size: Intimate groups of 10–20 students
