Basic Info

1.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 (Eat lunch with the kids. One hour break during nap time);
2.Student Level: 2 to 6 years old;
3.Class Size: 8-25 students in each class with 4-5 teachers (Including one international teacher and 3-4 Chinese teacher);
4.Location: Gongshu district, Hangzhou;
5.Curriculum: EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework) system;

Job Descriptions

1.Provide excellent learning opportunities for children;
2.Spend time with children for both indoor and outdoor activities;
3.Make both weekly and long-term plan;
4.Write observation reports and assessments for children;
5.Be responsible for both teaching and caring for children;

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above (early childhood education related major preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.Two years’ experience in early years’ education;
5.EYFS teaching experience or qualification/certification for a kindergarten teacher or other skills are preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range 22,000 to 30,000 RMB per month after tax based on experience and qualification (Personal and team appraisal will be carried out every month);
2.Housing allowance 3,000 RMB after tax provided per month. (It will be appreciated if you can offer equivalent renting invoice to us);
3.Free lunch will be provided on working days
4.Comprehensive medical and accident commercial insurance provided;
5.Work visa provided;
6.Renewal bonus: At our discretion and subject to monthly performance appraisal if the renewal contract is to be carried out;
7.Annual bonus: depends on the financial situation, no fixed or minimum amount can be guaranteed;
8.Annual flight reimbursement up to 5,000 RMB per year available;
9.Holidays:
- Paid all Chinese National holidays
- Paid 10 days annual leave plus paid 5 days sick leave per year (excluding Chinese National holidays)
- Fully paid 2-4 weeks Summer holiday
