Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Chinese Principal and Headquarters to oversee campus operations, including marketing, enrollment, and classroom management, driving sustainable campus growth.
Lead the foreign teacher team — responsible for recruitment, management, support, and evaluation — to continuously improve the quality of foreign teaching.
Promote collaborative teaching between foreign and Chinese teachers, integrating teaching philosophies and methods to enhance overall teaching quality.
Supervise daily campus operations, covering instruction, discipline, finance, facilities, personnel, safety, and community relations; ensure compliance and use data to optimize programs.
Lead campus planning, instructional scheduling, and teaching quality supervision; ensure curriculum aligns with standards and fosters students' critical thinking and independent learning.
Manage campus personnel, set clear performance expectations, support staff development, and build an effective leadership team.
Work with the Chinese Principal and Headquarters to develop and execute the campus budget, manage procurement and inventory, and maintain safe, compliant facilities with regular emergency drills.
Maintain strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community; build a public relations system and communicate regularly to secure support and resources.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chinese Principal, Regional Principal or management team from the Head Office.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational Leadership/Administration (or higher).
5+ years Academic and leadership experiences(ECE preferred).
Strong knowledge of curriculum management and implementation.
Able to develop, motivate, lead, and manage a team, while functioning as a team player within a multidisciplinary team.
Effective communicator with a positive attitude; able to mentor staff and translate feedback into actionable improvements.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision; adaptable to change.
Able to build effective working relationships with all levels of administrative and academic staff.
Salary & Benefits:
25K to 35K after tax including housing allowance;
