Kindergarten Principal is needed!

Salary: 28,000-31,000 rmb/m AFTER tax.
Housing: free apartment off campus in the downtown of Nantong with school bus,
Work load: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (1 hour for lunch break),
Class size: 24 students/class,
20 classes/week (15-25 minutes/class),
Airfare: 10,000 rmb for airfare allowance,
Performance bonus: up to 15,000 rmb according to your performance,
Insurance: medical and accident insurance provided,
Paid holidays: fully paid winter holiday (about 3 weeks), Half paid summer holiday (about 2 months), 4 days' sick leave/year,

Job Duties:
1: To be responsible for understanding and applying the school’s safeguarding and children protection policies and precedures,
including identifying and reporting any potential risk to a student’s safety
2: To support with implement and development of classes based on curriculum used by school
3: To work with the team to ensure dynamic and engaging activities
4: To be the backup of some teachers when it is necessary
5: To organize workshops with team in kindergarten
6: To establish and maintain a positive environment for kindergarten teaching group

Applicants for English teachers must be English native speakers who have at least 2 years' kindergarten headmaster experience.
