Job Responsibilities
As a Kindergarten Principal, you will:
Carry out financial management in accordance with the financial management system of the kindergarten and effectively ensure the standard and safety of the kindergarten's finance.
Carry out recruitment, training, performance management and remuneration verification of the kindergarten within her scope of authority.
Responsible for education and nursing work, regulating the order of teaching management, establishing a regular teaching meeting system, academic research system and teacher training system, guiding teachers to execute Montessori teaching philosophy. And so on.

Requirements
