Position Available: Kindergarten Foreign Teacher

Qualifications:

a) Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
b) Preferred major in early childhood education, drama, or art.
c) Strongly preferred: Two years of teaching experience with kids; TESOL certification is a plus.
d) Age between 24-40.
e) Eligible to apply for a Chinese Z visa for an English teaching position.

Job Description:

a) Student age: 3-6 years old.
b) Class size: 20-30 students.
c) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 5:30 pm, with a 2.5-hour noon break
d) Two days off per week.
e) Conducting class teaching, preparation, and related work.
f) Accomplishing assignments allocated by the teaching manager.
g) Attending trainings, meetings, and company activities.
h) Organizing and participating in student activities.
i) Attending parent meetings.
j) Continuously learning and improving through up-to-date class materials and self-created content.
k) Maintaining a good relationship with class members and their parents.

III. Compensation:

a) Basic Salary: 13,000 - 20,000 RMB/month
b) Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB/month
c) Reimbursement for flights up to 5,000 RMB, visa documents up to 5,000 RMB, and hotel upon arrival up to 4 days.
d) Contract renewal bonus: 5,000 RMB.
e) Medical and Accident Insurance provided.
