Kindergarten Teacher Job Description

Qualifications:

a) Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
b) Major in early childhood education or drama or art preferred
c) Two years kids teaching experience strongly preferred, TESOL certification is a plus.
d) Aged Between 24-40
e) Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.

Job Descriptions

a) Studentage:3~6
b) Class size: 28-30 students
c) Working hours: 7:45am – 5:30pm, 2.5 hours noon break, Mon-Fri, two hours break at noon time，
lunch covered, weekends off
d) 2 days off per week.
e) Class teaching, preparation and relative work
f) Accomplish Assignments Allocated By Teaching Manager
g) Attending trainings, meetings and company activities
h) Student activities
i) Parents meetings
j) Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving
k) Maintain good relationship with class member and their parents

Compensation

a) Basic Salary and teaching salary: 14,000~22,000 RMB/month
b) Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB/month
c) 5,000RMB reimbursement for document authentications, including: work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
d) Flight Ticket Reimbursement: 5,000 RMB / Pre-paid flight for graduates
e) Contract renewal bonus: 5,000RMB
f) Medical and Accident Insurance provided
g) Up to 4 days free hotel provided to settle down in the city
h) Chinese public holiday fully paid off, summer and winter vacations partially paid
