• At least one year of experience working with children of 3-12years old in school
• Native speaker priority (USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom ,South Africa, Ireland)
• Have Bachelor’s Degree
• Have a Criminal Background Check
• Sociable，dynamic，inspiring，energetic and organized
• Participate in company events （e.g. company promotion activities， team building activities， faculty meetings）
• Have CELTA or TEFL\TESOL certification
