Job Description:
1. Giving lessons to full-time class in kindergarten, ensuring teaching quality.
2. Planning class schedule, preparing teaching materials and resources.
3. Observe and evaluate children, recording their performance and make suggestions for improvement.
4. Participate in Curriculum Development, teacher’s administration meeting, and teacher development training.
5. English cultural activities and promotion activities assistance.
6. Assisting with communication between kindergarten and family, create and maintain a learning-friendly environment in kindergarten.
7. Occasional substitution to cover unscheduled absences of other teachers.
8. To assist the safety management of children in the class, strictly implement the safety system and prevent accidents.
9. Other teaching administration tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in English and great pronunciation is a must, non-native speaker is acceptable；
2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Education, or with teaching certificate is preferred (TEFL/TESOL)；
3. More than one year of teaching experience in preschool education is preferred；
4. Ability of understanding or speaking Chinese would be a plus.

Work information:
1. 10000-15000 per month based on qualifications.
2. Workdays: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Weekends off.
3. Enjoy Chinese public holidays 11 days total with paid.
4. Two meals a day for workdays provided: breakfast and lunch.
5. Housing allowance / teacher's dormitory (optional).
6. Class size: 15-25 kids. Kids age: 1.5-3 or 3-6.
7. Work with 2-3 Chinese teachers in English.
