Kindergarten Teacher (Early Years / KG)

Position Overview

We are seeking a young, energetic, and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join an international early years program in Wuxi. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for children and be passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

This position is open to candidates with limited experience, as long as they are motivated, positive, and eager to grow in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities
Teach and support Kindergarten (KG) students in an English-speaking environment
Deliver play-based and activity-based learning lessons
Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere
Support children’s language, social, and emotional development
Work closely with co-teachers and school staff
Participate in school events and daily kindergarten routines

Requirements
Native English speaker preferred
Bachelor’s degree or above (Education or related field preferred)
TEFL/TESOL or teaching qualification preferred but not essential
Open to early-career teachers / fresh graduates
Energetic, cheerful, and patient personality
Strong interest in working with young children
