Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary teacher and caregiver for a kindergarten class of children aged 2–6.

Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning goals.

Foster a positive and structured classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and cooperation.

Track and document students’ progress in all developmental domains (cognitive, emotional, social, and physical).

Communicate regularly and effectively with parents about students’ development, behavior, and achievements.

Collaborate with co-teachers, specialists, and school leadership to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.

Organize classroom routines, learning centers, and activities to promote independence and self-regulation.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to school policies and maintaining appropriate supervision.

Participate in school-wide events, parent meetings, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (required).

Valid teaching certification/license for early childhood (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience teaching kindergarten or early years.

Native-level or fluent English proficiency (if applicable to ESL setting).

Strong classroom management skills and a warm, student-centered teaching style.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multicultural team of educators.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with inquiry-based learning or Reggio Emilia/Montessori approaches.

Experience in an international or bilingual school environment.

Basic understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
