Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where young learners feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum

Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children

Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere

Observe and assess student progress; communicate regularly with parents

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues

Support school events, activities, and professional development

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field

At least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience (international or bilingual school preferred)

Native-level English proficiency or strong command of English (for ESL environments)

Valid teaching certificate (TEFL/TESOL/ECE certification preferred)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Passion for early childhood education and working with young children

Preferred:
Experience with international curricula (EYFS, Reggio Emilia, IB PYP, or similar)

Cross-cultural awareness and team spirit
